Enkord to the rescue!

Ok guys and gals, we've been informed that number of people experiencing problems with Totem Tribe purchased from some online outlets others than Enkord.com like some gaming portals. The problem is some portals sell outdated version (1.0 or below) or their support service is not involved enough to understand problem properly and give replacement.Therefore we at Enkord announce that we will give you free replacement copy of latest version of Totem Tribe (1.03 at this moment) if you send us your purchase confirmation e-mail (receipt) at support@enkord.com and explain us your problem.
EDIT: We are flooded with requests for replacement copy so please be patient unlit you receive it. We are trying to review all requests as fast as we can.

I was frustrated by the lack of support from my TT vendor.
You have just gained my support for Enkord. $$ is an issue though any special deals are appreciated. Hoping for a TT2.

I printed my confirmation and then deleted it. How do I get you a copy?? I have 1.0 from MSN games and all the jewels aren't there and it will not let me play lonely island even though I caught the fish and gave it to the penguin man.

i downloaded game from big fish but hopefully with my reciept enkord will let me have update can't get puzzles on gaurdian moon its annoying i spent a whole week getting all gems and now i can't do puzzles

How do i find out what version I have it was purchased at gamehouse/real arcade? I tried deleting the game and just redownloaded it.
