 Yes! You are reading it correctly! We've considered a lot of issues, like piracy, global recession, tendency of players to spend more time online, etc. In the end we decided that players should be able to pay for the game as much as they want to pay for it!
Full version of the game will be accessed for free, but there will also be premium items for sale which will simplify your gaming progress.
Making the game free allows us to release beta-version of the game for general audience as early as possible and then continue improving it from feedback from all players, not from limited test group.

In original Totem Tribe only scouts were able to swim. How about going further and adding ships, naval adventures and warfare? We thought it would be great! Take a look at this:

| Here is how your hero can look like in Totem Tribe 2 |
Your hero in Totem Tribe 2 will be able to feature a lot of various hairstyles, hats, coats, dresses, and other outfit items in addition to the fact that you can generate unique face.

Even though we haven't posted for quite some time, we've been working hard even on holidays. Unfortunately there are too many things that should be done, that can't be presented visually, but finally we have something to show. Here is a screenshot of a game world map:

Here are samples of female hero faces that you can create in Totem Tribe 2. These faces are created from several face elements that you can shoose from to create your own unique face. Kinda like identikit:

| Totem Tribe 2 hero generator |
Earlier we've mentioned that in Totem Tribe 2 you will be able to create your own hero. That's also applies to hero's face. You can pick hair, eyes, eyebrows, nose, mouth, etc. while creating your hero. Here are only a couple of possible faces (out of many) for a male hero:

| Totem Tribe 2 will be released earlier but with limited features. |
 Our decision to make Totem Tribe 2 online-enabled to support multiplayer now allows us to do other interesting things. Since we have so much stuff planned for TT2, it will be very hard to pull it off in the next 1-2 years. On one side we want to make this game as big and diverse as possible, but on the other side we don't want our fans to wait years and years till release. Therefore we decided to release the game with limited number of features but will keep adding more stuff to the game later. Moving the game towards multiplayer and online play will allow us to do just that. Totem Tribe 2 will have automated updater which will allow to update the game each time you launch it, if there is a new content available. You will no longer need to search for patches and fixes or download new versions. Automated downloader will do that for you. |

| Story bits... |
Just wanted to do a tiny sneak peak about Totem Tribe 2 story. Remeber the Guardian Moon from original Totem Tribe and Totem Tribe Gold? There were pools that reveal past and possible future of the planet Teya. The story of Totem Tribe 2 will somehow revolve around those images and glimpses seen on the Guardian Moon. If you don't remember what it was all about or haven't made it that far it might be a good idea to launch up Totem Tribe again and see yourself  |
