1."Where can I buy the disk with your game?"
Our games are available as download only. To get them please use the direct links on our web site.
2. "I've already purchased your game but still haven't received it"
Our games are downloadable ones, so all you need is download your game from our web site
http://www.enkord.com, then istall it on your computer and finally
register it using your license code
you should already have (if you haven't, please contact us here
and make sure you've
mentioned your order ID so we could lookup your order in our database assist you properly).
3. "When I am trying to play the game, it quits or my computer freezes"
Please make sure you've closed all other programms and applications including the ones running in background
like antivirus software.
4. "I am trying to play but the game just shows me black screen"
It would greatly help us to localize your problem if you could send us your log files. To do so please
open the folder of the installed game (usually C:\Program Files\Name of the Game). There will be a subfolder
called "data". In this subfolder there are two files: "hgelog.txt" and "log.html". Send us these two
files please.

5. "What is the purpose of arcade mode in your games?"
Arcade mode is created to get additional scores and bonuses.
6. "I've purchased your game but lost my registration code. What should I do?"
Please contact us (and make sure you've mentioned your order ID
so we could generate you a new code).
7. "How can I pause the game while playing?"
Please use the special button "Pause/Break" on your keyboard (located to the right of "F12" button) or the
spacebar.
8. "I don't understand how to play"
Please read the tutorial hints that appear starting from the first level and continuing further.
9. "I still have trouble with registration"
Please contact us (and make sure you've mentioned your order ID
so we could lookup your order in our database and assist you properly).
