Default error message

I have tried to email support with problem and do not know if they got. I emailed before and got a response, but not this time and it has been a week.

I seem to have a problem with Skull Island. The first time I went to the island it locked up on exit, and i had to close using the task master. I followed instruction not to play last save and the island opened. I finished the level.

I went back later after scouts could swim to pick up the feather and missed jewels. I picked up the feather but had close island before finding all the jewels. When I closed Skull Island, it locked up and I got an error message. The message stated I should attach selected files and email to have problem fixed.
