I have read all posts and don't see my question so forgive me if I'm duplicating anything. I have placed all but three staffs. I have the 3 staffs and there are 3 holes left. Unfortunately, all three holes are closed and they didn't open automatically like the others did. Do I need to do something else so they will open? I have clicked all the obelisks many times. They tell me where to place the last three, just not how to open the holes. Thanks.

You have to look at the places around where you put the other staffs, there are some glowing circles that you have to click on in order to put them in the right sequence.

Thanks for the info. However, I have clicked numerous times on all the glowing circles and nothing happens. I must be doing something wrong. I still have the alligator, the cat, and the bull to place if that helps.

The lights go in order from tall to short. Once you have them correct you will get a mark on top of the temple where you placed the last staff. Hope this helps.Good luck!

Did you get the hidden staff from the bone chest?

Yes, I got the staff from the bone chest. I have 3 temples with lights on top. On the lower left, one with a yellow cane and up from it, a red something or other. There is lightning going between those two. To the right of the one with the yellow is one with a blue thing on it and a light on top. None of the rest are lit. I don't know what you mean when you say tall and short lights, as all of the small lights are at ground level. I can't see any other lights. Baffled I am, as Yoda would phrase it.

There are lights that go from the staff holes to the temples. These lights are tall closest to the temple and should gradually be shorter as they move away (towards the staff placement) Once they are in the correct order,then the new space will open up for staff placement.

if i remember, there were extra staffs to collect, when you have the correct one in your inventory the hole will open, so try looking for 1 or 2 more staffs, good luck:)

Thank you latinanurse and louisabouisa. I appreciate your input. Latinanurse, do you mean those little balls of light between the staffs and the temples? None of them are tall. They are just little circles of light on the ground. Maybe it's my computer? I have tried clicking on them and nothing happens. Louisabouisa, I have placed 5 staffs and have 3 to go and have found all three. If there are more than 8 (there are only 8 holes) I can't find them. I am about to the point where I think I'm going to have to start the game over. Obviously I am overlooking something. I just don't know what.

don't click on the building, click on the statues. this way you can change the lights. they need to be in the right order and i think they should pulsate in the right colour, green or red.
near the staff you need the smallest light and then getting bigger towards the building.
