Witch and firefly islands?

I don't know how to get to witch island and fitefly island. And pyramid island too. Please help.

You get those Islands as you complete different quests in the regular Islands. Witch Island is a regular one, I think I got it after I did Red Rock. I did Desert after Frozen Vale,but it could have been there!! Firefly is one of the later ones. Not sure if this helps,but good luck!
