Ice crystals/Sharks

i have 24 ice crystals. do i need to do something before i get the 25th? i melted one ice block but cant melt another. it says i cant build because there isnt a clear spot for an ice tower.

Have you tried to send Shamans to the last block? They can melt the ice, too!
