help~~green gem and magnifying glass

Almost finishded the game,only missing two items:

1.green gem of powers
I have searched the Witch's Island,but still can't find it.

2.the first part of the magnifying glass, I have no idea where to find it.

Could anyone help me out please?Thanks!!!

You get the firat part On Tetala Island, after you get all the power gems ;)

Thanks Latinanurse! And as I just cannot get the pixelated pictures to do their thing, I think that is IT. I refuse to spend hours on clicking on the things anymore. There MUST be some logic to them, but no-one seems to have worked that out. Pity. I know all about moving them into place once I got the pictures, but now they are staying partly solved and won't do the final bit.

I am surprised at the fact that several quests were so simplified, that it took the fun out of them, yet this one has been put in and I have to give up on it.

At the end of exploring part 1 of the pyramid is a room with a floor puzzle. Solve it to get the magnifying glass handle. Then take it along with the other stuff to Firefly Island to get the 1st ankh.

yes, i totally agreed with you but then caved and went back with a furious determination that the doggone things were NOT going to beat me! I think the way to move these things is move all the right arrows until you get the picture centered. then move all the down arrows until you get the picture in that direction centered. I finally could move the picture a bit at a time to the left then stop and move it a bit at a time down until it came together. It really does and it is bright and clear... best of luck. it's a very nasty bit of work!!!!
