How to get the copper key

How do I get the copper key in the dessert where you have to find the scarab, the pieces of the key are in a sort of crocodile

You need to have both light balls and put them on the crocodiles head. It will then turn the pieces into a key.

I can only find one, where is the second?

I think it was down in the bottom of the screen. You need the idol to help you.
