I've got the all gems, but i can only get 99%, but the other threads says that i need de 1.02 version. Where i get this version?

What do we do if we originally got it from Shockwave? Also will installing the newer version remove my progress-to-date? I have Vista.

You need to send proof of shockwave membership then. On Vista it won't remove your progress but it is recommended to start a new game so old bug won't creep in from old saves.
