magnifying glass

I have the first part of the magnifying glass from the power gems. How do I get the second part? Thanks

You have to go to the Pyramid for it.

I don't know yet. I have 8 scarabs but I've only been able to put 2 of my scarabs in the obelisks. Another thread said you had to place the other scarabs on top of the ones already in the obelisks, but it has'nt worked for me. Do you know if there is a trick to this?

I believe you need to load the scarabs into the bottom of the obelisks.

So, I have all of the scarabs in the obelisks and I cannot figure out what to do next. I have been re-reading all of the threads to see if someone has mentioned what order they go in. But have not seen it. help anyone?
