lonely iceberg island??????

hi help me someone please, have done fishing quest got my fish

now what do I do to unlock the iceberg island as it is not appearing for me

tried several times and he wouldnt take it maybe put it in the wrong place so tried again shortly after I posted my help message- and it worked - would have come up and updated message but internet setup went haywire and couldnt get back up until an hour ago
