does anyone know about how long it takes to get a response from tech support? tomorrow will be a week since i wrote and i haven't got a response yet. not even an automated "got your message and we're working on it" kind of response. just wondering if i should resubmit.

yes, it is about totem tribe. i recently changed computers and now have to use vista. now when i try to play totem tribe, half my screen is black and the other half is distorted. i searched for the "hgelog.txt" and "log.html" files but was unable to find them. even though i have my computer set to show hidden files. i sent screen shots to tech support as well as a copy of my DxDiag. i haven't heard a thing yet.

Hello. I have requested your mail and looked into it.
Sorry to admit, I cannot help you much. The problem itself most probably comes from your integrated videochip nVidia 6150SE, which in fact is not designed for gaming. The Vista itself is not the issue, and the rest of your hardware is quite good.
I will probably will be able to get some more information from log files ( they are at C:\ProgramData\Enkord\Totem Tribe ( not Program Files! ) ), though I'm afraid that will not help much. :(

Have you tried to run any other games on this system?

thank you for your help in this matter. i have found the files in question and will send them into the tech support.

your question of if i am playing other games on this system started me checking all my games. i have played a few already with no issues. however, now that i have checked all my games (171 downloaded games) i find another game that is having nearly the same problem as totem tribe. that game is jurassic realm (bought from a game portal not the developer).

i found minor glitches in about 8 of the other games. only these 2 games are completely unplayable. i will also include this game to the request for help from tech support.

also i am a beta tester for 3 different game portals and 4 game developers. i have beta tested (quite happily) a game from enkord in the past, although not on this computer. i am having no trouble (other than the normal problems that come with beta testing) while playing these games.

ok, i have just sent in an updated request for tech support regarding the two games listed above. i realize this is the start of a weekend and i will not hear anything for at least a few days. but lets see how long it takes.

Guro, I have been trying to get an answer from support too, I have had to buy a new computer because the old one messed up on me and now I am trying to get the game on my new one but don't have my Ref. #. I can't get the number from support and so I can't play my game and I love the game. I play it over and over but now I can't.

Is there anyway that you could help me with that?

Is there someone out there that can help me. I really need my key code for totem tribe gold so I can download it to my computer and keep playing it? I asked Guro but haven't gotten a reply yet.
