It seems i need a frost tower on scorched island, and don't have it!! which island was i suppose to get it on please?

It's on the secret "Lonely Iceberg" island which can be unlocked after you finish fishing pole quest.

it says i have an unfinished game, so i can't go back yet. do i have to lose to go back to the opening page with all the islands?

You can just cancel unfinished game when it prompts you to continue and it will bring you to world map. Keep in mind that progress on Scorched Island will be lost.
