Not getting response from support

Sorry for not receiving response. Perhaps it's spam filter on our or your end cutting emails for some reason. I will check it myself to see if there were any mails filtered by spam filter.

its' been almost a week and can't continue my game without getting any help from the support team, very disappointed:((

i sent a request for tech support in july. still waiting for a reply. i gave up. i got a friend of mine to help me with my computer and the 2 games in question now work. it took him a long time to figure out why the games wouldn't play and he had to go into the game files and mess around with them.

but, waiting 2 months now and still getting no reply? bad for business you guys.:mad:

makes me very hesitant to click the "buy now" button.
