I got the code for the game, THANK YOU! Question is will I lose all progress when I un install this one and re install the one from you?

You might loose it.
But actually you don't have to uninstall old version, you can just install new version into different folder.

I would like to add my own thanks for the key code! I can't even begin to tell you how much I love this game, and how thrilled I am that I finally have the chance to play ALL the levels (if I don't go crazy first, trying to find all those gems!).

Thank you as well for the gem utility, although I do wish I could see them better :o

All in all, just THANK YOU! Great customer service, great game!

I received a code to use for the new download, but since I did not buy my game from your site, I am unsure where and how to use the code. Do I have to make like I am buying the game, put in all my credit card info, and then there will be a place to put the code in?

I went and put the key code in where it said promotion code or coupon in the ordering process, but it said my code was invalid. Help please.

You need to download free trial from here:
http://www.enkord.com/games/totemtribe/download/
and then put the code into actual game itself to turn it into full version.

I finally found where to put the key code in, and even though I had uninstalled and then reinstalled, it saved my progress. Thanks for all your help.:p

I've sent my purchase of receipt via RealArcade to Enkord's customer service department but haven't heard anything back regarding how I might be able to get 1.03 in order to get 100% gems as well as finish the game. :(

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
