Well we don't posess telepathy so unless you will provide us with significantly more detail all I can say is to looks more carefull on specific levels :)

If you are talking about Comet Crash Site - have you managed to break rocks with Ballista? I know there are some of gems hidden inside rocks.

Used this on 2 of the crystal rocks but can't get it to destroy the thurisaz rocks as it wont aim at but to the left. Any ideas?

You should use this 3 times to 3 different places. See below:
"An arrow with 4 panels around it and red green lights below it.
The bottom 2 panel is to lit the green lights, the upper 2 panels are for directing the arrows."
Direct the arrow to north west with 2 green lights, click the arrows 3 times to get the jewels.
Direct the arrow to north east with 3 green lights, click 3 times to get the jewels.
Direct the arrow to north with 5 green lights and click 3 times to get the jewels.

Thurisaz rocks can only be destroyed by activating the very right idol with 9 of thurisaz crystals.

Enkord says to email them some files (I did); Microsoft error says "sorry for the inconvenience we have to close all info will be lost" send report.
SO i have emailed support, but now the game won't come up, even though it is at the bottom in the task bar.
I have not hit the send button to microsoft, because I have learned that when U do this, it immediately zaps U out of the game. I have learned to move the error to the bottom of the screen and keep playing or I will lose my game.
Now with this dilemma, how do I save my game and not lose my progress, if I can't get it up to save it? I am in limbo. Do I just keep my error and the game at the bottom yntil I hear from support? I am wondering if it will be minutes or days?

How did you solve the wrong angle problem Lilybessie? Totem Tribe is having a "time out" at the moment because the ballista goes left of the North target and I didn't get any coins for the fountains - I have used all three crystal busters but if I leave those two wondering around the purple crystal much longer there may be a new generation with them
