Stuck on mist island.

Can someone help me out please? I found all the lights on mist island but I can't use the tower because I can't seem to find this mysterious gift in the water I've tried!!! I also can't find the lightening bolt symbol but maybe I will if I can use the tower. Thanks in advance. :)

Check to the right and just above the rock or obelisk there in the water.

I can't get this lady to go anywhere. I look at mini map, I downloaded maps from utube and printed them off. I have moved eye flag everywhere just a itty bit at a time and still, She just wonders around this little bit of area.
I hate it.:eek:

the hidden item is in the upper left area of the water. just click all over that area
