I have sent 2 emails over the course of the past month to get help reinstalling Totem Tribe Gold since I can not find my reg. number after getting a new computer. I purchased the game directly from enkord. I have not gotten a single response back. Any advice on how to reach them or am I just losing out on my money, in which case others need to be aware.

I am sorry, but our spam filter sometimes works really bad and filters legit emails for no reason. You can PM me your problems here on forum and I will take a look into it myself. Send me in private your order number or email you used to purchase the game and I will send you your registration code again.
