Registration name/key

Purchased t t gold 2 weeks ago,and every time i click on the icon to play it says "if you completed a purchase and need to enter your key,click here"
it then says "enter the code exactly as given to you"
i have tried every combination of my licence name, licence number,
order code number, even the dispatch number.
After each attempt i press register and every time it says "the name/key you entered does not appear to be valid.please try again".
I have emailed enkord for help but i cannot find out what i am supposed to enter as the registration key. I loved totem tribe
and am looking forward to playing t t gold.
My last 2 emails to enkord customer support have gone unanswered, can anyone help please!?!?!?

Sometimes we have trobule with spam filter.
I suggest you not to enter the code, but copy and paste it from registration email cause when entering manually you may misplace some characters - most common mistake is misplacing zero with "O" letter. The code is around 5 groups of numbers like: XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX

thanks for the advice, but i dont know enough about my computer to "cut and post"from the email. There are only 2 letters in my licence code which could be zeros. I have tried every combination i can,both low and high case but nothing works.
Thanks for the advice anyway, i shall see if my friend can help me as he is much more computer savvy than i am....its just frustrating to pay for the game and not being able to play it.

open your email with the code

put your cursor on the code right click and hold to highlight your code when done right click and a menu should come up (depending what operating system you are using) and click on copy

then go to the key entry for the game and right click and click paste
