Gem Utility says 100%, but road says 99%

This is the third request for help.

The Gem Utility clearly states that I have 100% of the gems for 2 different profiles. However, Rainbow Road is only showing 99%, thus not bring up Guardian Moon.

Someone please help. I have emailed several times with no responses. I am getting a little frustrated.

guardian moon is only available for ver. 1.3 it wont work if u have ver. 1.2.. try to get ver. 1.3

Actually, in 1.02 everything should already be fine.

Help, I'm having the same problem. Utility says 100% rainbow road saya 99%.

Make sure you have version 1.02 or higher.
