I purchased my Totem Tribe Gold game on 19th October 2010 and then changed computers. Of course I did not keep my key number as the change of computer was unexpected and I did try to transfer my whole game via a portable hard drive but only got the trial version which of course is up. I have sent 3 emails to enkord via the help site requesting a copy of my key number (as advised in the help page). The first email was sent on 11 November 2010 followed by another one on the 12 November 2010 and the last one was sent on 20 November 2010. Has anyone else had this trouble in obtaining a copy of their key number?

Yes I am having the same problem as you and can not get an answer from support or anyone. If you find someone to help you please let me know.

no not really when they send the key to a valid email address as they did with me

the key is in the email itself i print them as well Or Copy it for that very reason

ie as as i download and pay for a game i print the receipt which usually has the key

as far as support goes ? not many people running the show i would say

keep trying though they will answer i report several spam here so there is someone here

don't bother trying, they never reply! I have emailed them half a dozen times. they just don't answer.
