View Full Version : Why doesn't support respond?

I am new and hope someone can help me. I have been writing Enkord for months, many, many times and have not been getting any response from support. I bought a new computer and I am trying to install Jewel of Atlantis using my previous registration. It will not work. I have proof of my purchase and my order ID #, which I have given Enkord, but they still ignore me. I am at my wits end!

Any suggestions??

I also have been having trouble with Enkord Support responding. Have also bought a game but changed computers and of course did not keep my registration key. Am very dissapointed especially as I loved the game "Totem Tribe Gold" and have finished it already once but it is so good I could play it over and over but considering the lack of support from Enkord I am not going to even trial a game from them anymore. I keep sending those requests though! :mad:

I have given Enkord all the detailed information a number of times, including date of purchase, and order ID number, but, they still will not answer me. I cannot understand why they treat their customers this way............
