100% gems

Is it possible to still get 100% gems without 21 gems on Volcano Island? I was told the 20 gems on VI was a glitch and was being fixed on the later versions. I now have the latest version and still only 20 gems on VI. I would really like to complete this game all the way, but without 100%, how am I supposed to get to Guardian Moon? I even uninstalled, purchased again, and reinstalled, but I still only get 20 gems on VI.

Yes, if you have 1.02 or later, it's ok. To keep compatibility with older saved games, we did not replaced missed white gem. Instead, the number of gems to reach 100% was corrected. So, 20 gems on Volcano is ok.

I have used the gem utility and have found all of the gems but the percentage still remains at 99% and consequently won't allow me to go on to the moon level. What do I do next?
