Frost Tower

I seemed to have missed the part where you learn to make frost towers. I can't find out what I've done wrong. Help?

Frost towers are on the secret "Lonely Icebrerg" level.

Thanks, I got it. I had accidentally skipped the final puzzle on one of the islands. Figured it all out and can rest easy. YAY!:D
